Property Marketing 

Marketing a property is a challenge for even estate agents and in the current climate it is even harder to sell your home.

We were approached by Jean Branston of Hayward House in Highworth and asked if we could help her sell her 10 bedroom house.

Having never marketed a house before we were a little unsure of the right way forward but have now delivered a bespoke and cost effective package and the house is in the public eye and doing well. 

Estate agents normally charge a fee when the house is sold and in Jean's case this was going to be around £15,000. We knew we could give her house the same exposure for a lot less money.

Designed and printed sales flyers and business cards and signs for the front of the property

Designed adverts for local magazine "Highworth Link"

Issued Press Releases

Arranged for the property to be on the front page of the Swindon Advertiser's Property supplement at no cost to client

Arranged for the property to be listed on Swindon's main website www.swindonweb.com at cost.

Ensured the property is gossiped about on Twitter through www.highworth.co.uk
